🧭The story
From translating words to automating businesses
I did not start in automation. I started as an English-French translator, moving words between two languages for a living. Along the way I built my own translation SaaS, and like every small software business, it came with a long tail of repetitive backend work: chasing files, formatting output, moving data from one place to another, the same handful of steps over and over.
So I taught myself no-code. First with Make.com, then with n8n, I automated the backend of my own product piece by piece. The hours I got back were real, and the lesson stuck: most of what eats a team's day is not hard, it is just repetitive, and repetitive work is exactly what software should be doing.
That is how Otimiz started. I turned the thing I had been doing for my own business into a service for other people's. Today I run Otimiz from the south of France, near Nice, and work with B2B clients globally, building the kind of quiet, dependable automation that gives a team its week back.

Phased scoping
Foundation first, then build. We carve a large idea into phases so you see something working early, instead of waiting months for a big-bang launch that may miss the mark.
Live in 7 to 14 days
Most first builds go live within 7 to 14 days, then roll out in phases. You get value while the rest is still being shaped, not after.
ROI you can read
Every build is framed against the same thing: hours or money saved per week. If we cannot point to a concrete saving, it is not worth building.
Handover and training
We document what we build and walk your team through it, so the system is yours to run and adjust. Many builds are config-driven, so you can change the logic without touching code.
Honest about limits
