Otimiz is an AI automation agency. We build systems that take repetitive work off your team: AI agents and chatbots, lead intake and qualification, WhatsApp and email automation, CRM setup and sync, data pipelines, and AI report generation. It starts with a free audit where we map where your team loses hours and what to automate first. Then we scope in phases: foundation first, then build. We agree the scope, we build the first version, and most first builds go live in 7 to 14 days. After that we roll out the rest in phases, document everything, and hand it over with training so the system is yours to run.

We default to n8n. It has no execution timeouts, a flat self-hosted cost instead of per-task pricing, native parallelization, and visual debugging, which matters when a workflow handles real volume. Yes, we work fully remotely with B2B clients worldwide. Otimiz is run by Bastien Daumas from the south of France, near Nice. Audits, builds, handover, and training all happen over call and screen-share, so your location is not a constraint.

We wire into the tools you already run on. CRMs like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and Monday. Messaging like WhatsApp via Twilio, Slack, Gmail, and Outlook. Data and storage like Airtable, Google Sheets, BigQuery, and Notion. Plus Apify for scraping and enrichment and Looker Studio for reporting, with Claude, GPT, or Gemini picked per job. We measure ROI in money and hours saved per week: customer-support roles you do not have to add, manual reporting time recovered, and leads caught instead of lost. Every build is framed against a concrete saving before we start, and if we cannot point to one, we will tell you it is not worth building. We measure against your baseline so the saving is real, not theoretical.

We document what we build and walk your team through it, so the system is yours to run and adjust. Many builds are config-driven, so you can change templates and logic without touching code. We hand over clear documentation and a walkthrough, and we are available for ongoing support, changes, and new phases when you want them.

Fair question. The build does not live in my head, it lives in your account. Everything is documented and handed over, so you are never locked to one person. The system runs on its own and keeps running if I am away, your team can adjust config-driven logic without code, and the documentation means another developer could pick it up if they ever needed to. You own the system, not a dependency on me.
